Attorney Parini has represented both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in many transactions.  He works closely with your Realtor, lender and with you directly to quickly and carefully handle the transaction.  Many of the lenders require use of Lynx or other automated document production services to prepare the loan documents and mortgage paperwork.  Our office has handled many of these as well as with providers who prefer the documents be sent directly.  In addition, Attorney Parini is a fully approved attorney for obtaining title insurance. 

It is a good idea to hire your own attorney and not just accept the attorney your bank or agent wants you to use.  Your own attorney will not cost you any more than the attorney recommended by the lender or your agent and will be able to completely and  independently represent your interests in the transaction.  The process of buying or selling property has become so document intensive and complicated you need to have an attorney who will carefully protect you and who can explain the process to you in terms you can understand.  

When you decide to buy or sell real estate, tell you lender and/or real estate agent that you have your own attorney. They will send all of the paperwork regarding the transaction to your attorney in the same manner that they would if you did not have an attorney.
